Best Pool Parties: Las Vegas

Posted on July 1, 2014

Last week, we introduced you to our first series of the best pool parties in the U.S. featuring Miami. Now, we’re going to Sin City. Las Vegas can get hotter than a sauna, so it’s no wonder that tourists infest hotel pools during the daytime before doing some clubbing and hitting the blackjack tables. These are the best places to get rid of your hangover or just keep the party going.

Things can get pretty wild here. Pro tip: they prohibit basketball shorts, team jerseys, tank tops and robes. In other words don’t dress like a frat bro.

2. Marquee

You can usually see the likes of famous DJs like Avicii playing at the DayClub pool parties here. The hotel has become one of the most famous in the entire strip.

3. Wet Republic at MGM

Ringing in at an incredible 53,000 square feet, the Wet Republic has become one of the most famous pool parties in Sin City. Even Prince Harry has been spotted here.

4. Rehab at The Hard Rock Hotel

This was probably the first pool party to have kicked off in Vegas. It was originally only hosted on Sundays, but this year will see Friday and Saturday fetes as well.

5. Liquid at Aria

Aria is one of the five newest hotels on the strip. Liquid hosts quite an intimate pool party, so if you’re not a fan of big crowds then you should definitely head here.

6. Bare Pool Lounge at Mirage

The lounge offers a more calm and enjoyable atmosphere than the previously mentioned pool parties. It also offers European style topless bathing, so don’t come here if it makes you feel uncomfortable.

7. Drai’s Beach Club

This is actually a new venue that just opened on Memorial Day Weekend, complete with a performance by the well-known artist DJ Arty.
