What to do in LA Besides a Clippers Game

Posted on April 30, 2014

Sadly, racism has plagued our society for years, and just when we thought that real change was around the corner, LA Clippers owner Donald Sterling proved us wrong. Still, the Clippers are going strong in the playoffs, leading the series against the warriors 3-2. Outside of the arena, though, there’s plenty to check out in the Sunny City. Here are some of our favorite spots.

Go to beach and spot famous people. Heck, go skateboarding in the streets like they do in the movies.

2. Hollywood Sights

Most of the Hollywood landmarks are near each other, so taking an evening stroll to each of these places is ideal.

3. Griffith Observatory

You might not be able to see anything thanks to the horrible smog in LA, but you can check out the popular Hall of the Sky and Hall of the Eye, a pair of displays that explore the connection between people and space.

4. Go to Amoeba

This is the largest independent record store in the US. Go crazy.
